This Terms & Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of The Studio Co‑Working Space ("The Studio"), operated by The Studio Co. Faith Hovde ("Owner," "we," "us"). By booking, accessing, or using The Studio, you ("Member," "User," or "Guest") agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility & Use
* The Studio is intended for professional, creative, and business use.
* Members and Day Users must be 18 years of age or older.
* Use of the space must align with The Studio’s mission of professionalism, respect, and community.

2. Memberships, Day Passes & Bookings
* Access is granted through active memberships, approved bookings, or purchased day passes.
* Day pass users are required to reserve their time via the booking calendar prior to arrival.
* Memberships are non‑transferable unless approved in writing by The Studio.
* The Studio reserves the right to limit access based on capacity, events, or operational needs.

3. Hours of Operation
* Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
* Day use outside of standard hours requires prior approval.
* Members may access the space outside of standard hours provided the space is not booked for private use or events or maintenance.
* Hours may be adjusted for private events, or maintenance.

4. Acceptable Use Policy
Members and guests agree to:
* Treat others with respect and professionalism.
* Keep noise at a reasonable level; headphones are encouraged.
* Understand that quiet is not guaranteed, especially during content creation, classes, or events.
* Clean up after themselves and leave shared spaces as they were found.
* Ensure children are not present in the co‑working space at any time.
* Ensure that any children present in The Studio or Lounge areas are attended at all times.
The following are strictly prohibited:
* Pornographic or explicit content, including nude photography or videography.
* Couples boudoir sessions.
* Use of candles or open flames of any kind.
* Alcohol consumption without appropriate licensing and prior approval.
* Smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs (legal or illegal).
* Illegal activities of any kind.
* Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

5. Guests
* Members must keep guests to a minimum so as not to disrupt other members.
* Guests are limited to visits of one (1) hour in the co‑working area.
* If additional time with guests is needed, a reservation in one of The Studio’s private spaces must be made.
* Day use members may not invite guests or clients of any kind into the co‑working space.
* Meetings with clients or collaborators by day use members require reserving a private space.
* Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and compliance with this Agreement.

6. Photography, Videography & Content Creation
* Content creation is allowed but must not disrupt other members.
* The Studio does not guarantee sound privacy.
* Any content created must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
* The Studio may photograph the space for marketing purposes; members will not be individually identified without consent.

7. Property & Equipment
* Members are responsible for their personal property.
* The Studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
* Shared equipment, spaces, and furniture must be used properly and returned to their original condition after use.
* Damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement charges.

8. Payment & Fees
* All fees must be paid in advance.
* Membership fees are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.
* Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access.
* Fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise specified.

9. Cancellations & Termination
* Members may cancel their membership with written notice per their selected plan.
* The Studio reserves the right to terminate access immediately for violations of this Agreement.
* No refunds will be issued for termination due to policy violations.

10. Health, Safety & Liability
* Members and guests use The Studio at their own risk.
* Members agree to comply with all posted safety guidelines.
* The Studio is not responsible for injuries sustained by members or their guests while using the space.
* Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Studio, its owners, and staff from any claims arising from use of the space.

11. Insurance
* All members must maintain either business liability insurance or homeowners insurance.
* Members must list Faith Hovde and The Studio Co. as additionally insured on their policy.
* Proof of insurance may be required prior to access and must be kept current.

12. Community Standards & Solicitation
* The Studio is a shared, relationship‑driven community built on respect, collaboration, and trust.
* Organic conversation, relationship‑building, and mutual referrals are encouraged.
* Members may not engage in aggressive, disruptive, or persistent solicitation of other members or guests.
* Advertising, promotion of services, distribution of flyers, business cards, or marketing materials is only permitted on designated bulletin boards or during reserved events approved by The Studio.
* Members may not pressure others to purchase services, attend events, or engage in business activities while using the space.
* Any behavior that detracts from a comfortable, welcoming work environment may result in corrective action or termination of access.

13. Modifications
* The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
* Members will be notified of material changes.
* Continued use of the space constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Surveillance, Monitoring & Recording Acknowledgment
* The Studio is monitored 24/7 by video and audio recording devices, both inside and outside the premises, for safety, security, and operational purposes.
* By entering or using The Studio, members and guests expressly acknowledge and consent to being recorded on video and audio at any time while on the property.
* Recordings may be reviewed by The Studio management and, if necessary, shared with law enforcement, insurance providers, or legal counsel.
* Surveillance recordings are not continuously monitored and are not a guarantee of safety.
* Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing any surveillance equipment is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access.
* Members are responsible for informing their guests of this recording policy.

15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington and Benton County.
